Ronald R Houk is a Clinical Supervisor at Buffalo State College Speech and Language Clinic and a Clinical Supervisor of Summer Intensive Stuttering Clinic. He teaches a graduate course in Fluency Disorders at SUNY Fredonia and is a college supervisor for off campus student teaching placements at SUNY Fredonia. He joined the Buffalo State faculty in July of 2017, as assistant director of the Intensive Summer Fluency Program. Ron has worked as a clinical supervisor of graduate students throughout the Fall and Spring semesters since 2017. This has involved observing and reviewing speech and language therapy, providing regular verbal and written feedback regarding therapy sessions and related reports and paperwork, while providing suggestions and assistance. He has specialized in fluency disorders and augmentative and alternative communication. He enjoys theatre, music, technology, traveling and healthy workouts.
