*Effective 6/15/22, GRE scores are NOT required. This change may not be updated in other SUNY Buffalo State online resources.
Procedures: Applicants to the graduate Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) program must apply to (2) separate online application portals:

CSDCAS applications must be verified by 11:59PM ET on January 16, 2024. Applications can only be verified once all payments and transcripts have been received. To ensure your application is verified on time, it is recommended that you try to complete your application at least two weeks before the deadline.

*Students are advised to answer all questions in CSDCAS to be considered for a Marillo First Year Fellowship. Please see below for various funding opportunities.
Funding Opportunities
SLP Department Marillo First Year Fellowships (MFYF): The SLP Department awards a Marillo First Year Fellowship to four graduate program applicants. Fellowships are awarded based on diversity, merit, and socio-economic status (SES). Applicants are notified of their award when accepted into the program. Details: two semesters, award amount: $3000.00 per semester
SLP Department Graduate Assistantships: The SLP department offers one to two graduate assistantships per year to currently enrolled first year graduate students. Students are sent an application link and asked to apply the summer before starting the program. Details: two semesters, work commitment: 10 hours per week, stipend: $1250.00 per semester.
SLP Department Scholarships: The SLP Department offers the Deborah-Moll-Richmond Scholarship and the Cynthia Steiger Beery Speech-Language Pathology Graduate Scholarships yearly. Current students are informed of these opportunities every spring semester.
