Assess. Diagnose. Treat.
Speech-Language pathologists are educated to assess the development of speech and language, and to treat disorders of speech, language, swallowing, and hearing. The undergraduate program prepares students for graduate study, which is required to practice speech-language pathology.
Speech-Language Pathology, B.S.
The undergraduate program in Speech-Language Pathology prepares students with a strong foundation in understanding typical processes involved in speech, language, swallowing, hearing, and communication as well as an introduction to the field of communication disorders. Our curriculum provides students with the necessary prerequisite courses for future graduate study. Students who complete our undergraduate program are prepared to apply directly to a master’s program, such as the one offered at Buffalo State.
Speech-Language Pathology, M.S.Ed.
