Kathleen McNerney, Ph.D., CCC-A, is an Associate Professor and Interim Chair of the Speech-Language Pathology Department. She earned her undergraduate, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees in the Department of Communicative Disorders and Sciences at the University at Buffalo. Prior to joining the faculty at SUNY Buffalo State in 2015, she was a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Science at the University at Buffalo, as well as a clinical audiologist in a private practice. She has published 11 peer-reviewed journal articles and is the co-author of two book chapters. Her research interests include auditory evoked potentials, the function of the normal and abnormal vestibular system, functional imaging, and auditory processing disorders.
